Last week federal Judge Hanen ruled that the DACA program was illegal from its inception and ordered that the Biden Administration halt adding anyone to the program or renewing those already in the program.
So, naturally, the communists within the Biden Administration defied the order and granted DACA protection for more illegal aliens. They now claim (After they got caught) that it was merely a mistake. Funny how mistakes always favor the Marxists isn’t it?
The Biden administration vowed to fight the ruling, but, according to a report from The Washington Times, Joe Biden’s Department of Homeland Security has approved at least nine more, while advancing dozens of other illegals for entry into DACA.
Let’s just hope that Judge Hanen takes the necessary steps to punish the acting director of U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), Tracy Renaud and DHS chief Alejandro Mayorkas for defying his orders.
Renaud told Judge Hanen:
“USCIS believes that the technological and systematic solutions described … will provide a stopgap to prevent the issuance of new initial DACA grants.”
Rosemary Jenks, the vice president of NumbersUSA said:
“Both Secretary Mayorkas and acting Director Renaud are responsible for ensuring that every employee is in compliance with legal rulings. Their failure to do so is not surprising considering their willingness to also ignore laws enacted by Congress.”

Liberals are up in arms over the decision by a federal judge Friday preventing the Biden administration from reinstating the amnesty program known as Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals for new applicants, although the program may continue for those illegal aliens already in it.
This is a very important court decision in slowing the trend toward an authoritarian executive. It says that a president cannot simply ignore existing immigration law outlining who may legally enter the country and grant administrative amnesty (and government benefits) to whomever he wants.
DACA allowed certain illegal aliens who were minors when they came into the country to apply for a renewable, two-year reprieve from deportation and gave them work authorizations and access to Social Security and Medicare benefits. Between 700,000 and 800,000 illegal aliens eventually became qualified under the program and started collecting benefits paid for by taxpayers.
