Canceling School Hurts Low-Income and Minority Families the Most

Don’t the Democrats realize that by keeping the schools closed, it hurts minorities most of all?

I believe that they are not only aware of it but it is exactly what they are hoping for.

In the 1960s Democrats were able to herd minorities into their party by making as many minorities dependent on welfare as they could.

Young girls were known to become pregnant just so they could go on the welfare rolls. But then something happened to change all of that. Blacks refused to stay as a permanent underclass of society.

They strove to educate themselves and quit thinking of themselves as victims and the along came Donald Trump and he created good-paying jobs in manufacturing and energy.

The thought that minorities could think and act for themselves frightened the heck out of the party elite. So. make it harder for minorities to get an education, not because they are not intelligent or hard-working enough, but because access to online classes is harder for poorer people.

But, welfare really doesn’t pay well enough, so they proposed a minimum wage whether you work or not.

I’m surprised they didn’t have MMDA blue hats available. Make Minorities Dependent Again. I’m just not sure Democrats telling minorities that they can’t make it without their help anymore.

That is why 36% of Blacks said they support Trump in the latest Rasmussen poll. They know they are capable and know they can make life better for their children. In other words, they trust themselves far more than they do the Democrats.

While vulnerable populations in schools must be protected, most K-12 teachers are relatively young. The median age for these educators is 41, and over 90 percent are under the age of 60. For people under 60, Coronavirus fatality rates are so low that they are less than or equal to those associated with the seasonal flu.

“The science is so clear that the risk of death or hospitalization for children with this virus is so, so low,” said Dr. Melanie McGraw Piasecki, a mother of three. “But we know the risks of missing school are catastrophic. We probably don’t even know how high they are yet.”

Shutting down schools is not the answer. A safe reopening that follows public health guidance is.
