Michael Daugherty knows all about the deep state. In 2013 he faced civil charges when patient information from his company was stolen by cybercriminals.
As it turned out, it was a setup executed by the Federal Trade Commission.
Daugherty fought and beat the charges and he went on to write a book about his experience called The Devil Inside the Beltway.
When it came out that the FTC was involved, it forced the agency to change the way they operate.
They would bring charges against innocent people and would then cause the various companies to quit fighting as the cost became too high. But because of Daugherty’s fight, the FTC was forced to stop their illegal actions during the Obama/Biden administration.
Now Daugherty is fighting a different fight in Georgia. This time he is suing to have Jon Ossoff and Raphael Warnock removed from office because Georgia state law lays out how voting machinery is used.
It is an obscure law but a valid one.
If he wins his lawsuit, the seats are vacated and there will be a new election under the new voter integrity laws.
The case alleges the runoff election for the GA U.S. Senate seats, which was certified in February of this year, was illegally executed on many levels. Illegal elections do not generate confidence in American democracy and moreover the result may not accurately reflect the will of GA voters. The lawsuit calls for a new election based on paper ballots as provided in Georgia law. Daugherty’s concern is that if Americans cannot be confident in their elections, what is the rest of the world supposed to think?
“The case does not rely solely on the anecdotal evidence of ballot harvesting, dead citizens voting, or stuffed ballot boxes to seek to overturn an election. This case is different because it involves a solid, objective examination of whether the voting machines used in the election meet the required GA statutory standards. From what I have seen, the answer is — they do not. If so, the election should be invalidated,” declared Daugherty.
New elections would be a disaster for Democrats because Georgia has now seen how far to the left Biden is taking the country.
It is doubtful that either candidate could now win with that albatross around their neck and new voter laws that limit cheating. That would kill the Biden agenda. Not even if they kill the filibuster since Republicans would have a 52-48 lead in the Senate.
