Durham’s Latest: He Has Hundreds of Emails Between Fusion GPS and Reporters, Including Efforts to Frame Carter Page

John Durham is making progress. He has in his possession hundreds of emails between Fusion GPS and reporters. They tried to frame Carter Page by saying he met with a high-ranking Russian official. The reporter told Fusion GPS that their info was bull*#it. The reporter had a source in Russia who said that was impossible and that would have been impossible.

Perkins Coie, Fusi0on GPS, and the Hillary campaign said that Fusion GPS was used solely as a legal advisor and that his records are privileged. But that confidentiality went out the window as he made some of the alleged privileged information public. And the book he wrote with his fellow found der of Fusion GPS, Glenn Simpson said that Marc Elias ask them to do opposition research on Trump. Marc Elias represents Hillary Clinton and the DNC.

, Durham casts doubt on the declaration of Marc Elias that Fusion GPS was retained to provide “legal advice.” :

”if rendering such advice was truly the intended purpose of Fusion GPS’s retention, one would also expect the investigative firm to seek permission and/or guidance from [Hillary for America] or its counsel before sharing such derogatory materials with the media or otherwise placing them into the public domain.”

Durham states he is in possession of “hundreds of emails in which Fusion GPS employees shared raw, unverified, and uncorroborated information – including their own draft research and work product – with reporters.”:

July 27, 2016 e-mails between an ABC News reporter (Matthew Mosk) and Fusion GPS concerning Sergei Millian. Fusion GPS responded with a “comprehensive report” regarding Millian.
