Elon Musk, knowing that he will be facing many lawsuits about his takeover of Twitter and personal smears he will endure before and after the deal is completed. Tesla CEO Elon Musk announced on Friday afternoon that the company is creating a new “hardcore litigation department” that will take on any lawsuits for or against him. You know the liberals will get down and dirty with him.
The statement from Musk comes after the S&P removed him from their exchange. Tesla was one of their brightest stocks. In attempting to explain why Tesla was dropped by the S&P, the spokesperson spread enough BS to fertilize all the corn in Iowa. They said he wasn’t climate-conscious enough, but Exxon is still on the exchange.
Explain to me how an oil company is greener than an electric car manufacturer. If it were true, then the government and environmentalists should quit pushing electric cars and support more cars that depend on fossil fuels. Come to think of it, that would be a great idea. I know I will never own an electric car myself. I hear there are 6 million electric cars on the road today, but, the rest of them made it home.
Musk said:
“Tesla is building a hardcore litigation department where we directly initiate & execute lawsuits. The team will report directly to me.”
“Looking for hardcore streetfighters, not white-shoe lawyers like Perkins or Cooley who thrive on corruption. There will be blood.”
A woman allegedly told a friend that Musk exposed himself to her and wanted her to prostitute herself to him.
Musk answered those charges:
“For the record, those wild accusations are utterly untrue. But I have a challenge to this liar who claims their friend saw me ‘exposed’ – describe just one thing, anything at all (scars, tattoos,) that isn’t known by the public. She won’t be able to do so, because it never happened.”
Musk said that the “friend” in the story who reportedly gave details of the alleged incident to Business Insider “is a far left activist/actress in LA with a major political axe to grind.”
The report said that the company settled the claim for $250,000.
The Daily Wire’s Ben Shapiro responded to the story by writing: “That amount of money for a settlement of this sort is absolutely de minimis, and everyone who understands corporate law knows this.”
