Another Democrat to face a judge. Mario Cuomo’s little boy Andrew has been charged with forcible touching at his official residence on the afternoon of Dec. 7 last year. He is expected to be arrested next week in conjunction with the charges.
Cuomo was forced to resign after multiple women came out and accused him of various sex crimes. The charges against him are a misdemeanor and will not require him to register as a sex offender.
The complaint alleges:
“At the aforesaid date time and location the defendant Andrew M. Cuomo did intentionally, and for no legitimate purpose, forcibly place his hand under the blouse shirt of the victim [redacted] and into her intimate body part. Specifically, the victims (sic) left breast for the purposes of degrading and gratifying his sexual desires, all contrary to the provisions of the statute in such case made and provided.”
Cuomo announced that he would be stepping down as governor back in August after NY AG Letitia James signed off on a report that Cuomo had fudged the number of nursing home deaths due to Cuomo’s mandate of sending COVID positive patients into nursing homes.
James also released a report in August in which she said she believed the eleven women charging Cuomo with sexual misdemeanors. Ironically (Or maybe not) the charges against Cuomo came on the same day James announced she was running for governor.
He had just gone through a period when every liberal was falling all over themselves to drool at his feet for his handling of the COVID crisis even though his actions were completely horrid.
He was considered the gold standard even though the much-maligned Gov Ron DeSantis of Florida had a much better record while keeping Florida’s economy robust.

His resignation capped a dramatic fall from grace. Once hailed as the “gold standard” of the COVID-19 pandemic, Cuomo found himself receiving bipartisan calls for his resignation and the prospect of impeachment.
New York State Attorney General Letitia James (D) released a report that found Cuomo “sexually harassed a number of State employees through unwelcome and unwanted touching, as well as by making numerous offensive and sexually suggestive comments.”
Cuomo has denied that he “touched anyone inappropriately or made inappropriate sexual advances.”
