Biden’s pick to take over the DOJ, Merrick Garland refuses to say if he would let the Durham investigation to continue. When they refuse to answer it’s because they know they are in trouble if you tell them the truth. If Garland is confirmed you can say goodbye to justice, and once again the Democrats will get off without even having charges lodged against them. Not that I have a lot of confidence in John Durham anyway… but still.
You can also expect the federal investigation will go away under Garland too. The left tried to portray Garland as a moderate when Barack Obama tried to nominate him for the supreme court but that is simply not true. Garland is a left-wing partisan Democrat.
John Durham has been investigating or at least pretending to investigate the Democrats who tried to use a coup to remove President Trump from office. Left-wing nut cases lied to the FISA Court in order to get warrants against Carter page in order to use it to spy on Trump.
One person has pleaded guilty to forging documents used in the FISAQ Court and he did not even get a slap on the wrist. The judge claimed he didn’t hurt anyone….except Page.
Grassley asked Garland:
“If confirmed, will you commit to providing special counsel Durham with the staff, resources, funds, and time needed to thoroughly complete the investigation?”
“So, senator, I don’t have any information about the investigation as I sit here today, and another one of the very first things I’m going to have to do is speak with Mr. Durham and figure out how his investigation is going. I understand that he has been permitted to remain in his position, and sitting here today, I have no reason to think that that was not the correct decision.”

Grassley noted that during his own confirmation hearing, Attorney General William Barr had promised to protect then-special counsel Robert Mueller’s investigation into Russian collusion. That investigation revealed there was no evidence of collusion between the Trump campaign and Russia.
Grassley, in a statement obtained by the Washington Examiner prior to the hearing, had urged Garland to allow the Durham investigation to continue unimpeded and expressed concern over Garland’s lack of commitment to do so.
“When we discussed this over the phone you told me that your predisposition would be to review the record before making a decision,” Grassley said of Garland in the statement. “That answer surprised me. It’s not an answer this Committee would have accepted from Barr on Mueller. I think your predisposition, frankly, should be to protect and support the ongoing investigation as much as possible.”
