The Loudoun school board is trying to cover up the fact that a sexual assault on a ninth-grade girl. The school board denies it happened, but a boy who was wearing a skirt has been charged with two counts of forcible sodomy, one count of anal sodomy, and one count of forcible fellatio.
Evidently, the police believe that a rape did occur. His trial date is not yet set.
At the meeting, parents were very vocal in their opposition to the school’s transgender policy. What they weren’t told is that a boy wearing a skirt entered the bathroom and sexually assaulted a ninth-grade girl.
The girl’s father Scott Smith was arrested at a Loudoun County, Virginia, school board meeting. Smith was not allowed to talk to the board because the board is pretending it never happened. Imagine the anger of the parents found out about the assault.
The meeting was declared an illegal assembly and police were told to clear the room. The board’s handling of the rape was atrocious and every one of them should resign immediately.
At the time of the rape, Smith was invited to the school. They told him that the matter would be handled “in house.” When he became incensed the school called the police. He managed to not get arrested and he convinced the police to take his daughter to the hospital for a rape test. The most important part of a rape kit is the sample of DNA from the attacker. By virtue of the fact that the accused was arrested and charged with rape, the DNA must have been a match.
A records request from the Daily Wire confirmed that a report titled “Offense: Forcible Sodomy [and] Sexual Battery” was filed matching the date and location of the alleged assault.
Later that day, the school principle sent an email to the community informing them of “an incident in the main office” that required a police presence. “There was no threat to the safety of the student body,” the principal wrote. He offered counseling services for any student who was upset by Smith’s behavior but made no mention of the alleged assault.
“LCPS washed their hands of this,” Smith told the Daily Wire, adding that the incident was only taken seriously because of the sheriff’s office.
When the suspect was questioned, he made self incriminating remarks and a conviction is imminent most likely in the form of a plea deal. This is what parents warned the board on, but wokeism is too strong on the board.
