Do you have any doubt that we dodged a huge bullet when Merrick Garland was denied a seat on the Supreme Court? The inscription on the Supreme Court Building says “Equal Justice Under Law.” That is something that garland does not have the first clue about. Not only that, but he doesn’t care about equal justice. The man is a disgrace to his office.
Garland’s DOJ dropped the charges against 31 violent antifa domestic terrorists. They were not denied bail. They were not ke4pt in solitary confinement. They were not overcharged. They were not given brown water to drink or uncooked food to eat. But the J6 political prisoners are treated exactly in that manner. Is that equal Equal Justice? Is it even law?
Antifa tried to burn down a federal courthouse with federal agents inside. They even barricaded the doors to prevent the feds from getting out. They did that in an attempt to kill the agents. They used laser pointers to try to blind agents. Some temporarily, some permanently. I don’t recall any J6 political prisoners doing any of these things, do you?

I would like to point out that the phrase “With prejudice” means they cannot be tried for their crimes related to their cases.
