Ninety Young Female Gymnasts Sue FBI For $1 Billion Dollars for Failure to Stop Serial Molester Larry Nassar

Ninety female gymnasts, including gold medal winner Simone Biles, have sued the FBI for failure to stop Larry Nassar, who is suspected to have molested over 100 female athletes. The DOJ has admitted that it was known that Nassar had been molesting the girls in 2015, but he was allowed to continue for over a year and even then, he was stopped by an investigation by Michigan State University police and not by the FBI.

The lawsuit was announced right after the Biden DOJ announced that they would not bring charges against the two FBI agents that the Inspector General found had lied about an investigation into Nassar. I guess they did not want to anger Biden, who is well known for his weakness towards children and his Supreme Court Justice pick who has a history of being a friend of pedophiles.

Nassar is in prison for possessing child pornography and for molesting at least ten underage girls.

Former University of Michigan gymnast Samantha Roy said:

“If the FBI had simply done its job, Nassar would have been stopped before he ever had the chance to abuse hundreds of girls, including me.”

USA Gymnastics officials told local FBI agents in 2015 told FBI agents in 2015 that three underage gymnasts has reported that Nassar had sexually molested them. But the FBI neither opened an official investigation nor did they inform federal or state officials in Michigan of the charges. As a result, Nassar was able to molest scores of underage girls after he had been initially reported.

From The Daily Wire

Deputy Attorney General Lisa Monaco ordered a review of the agents involved after several gymnasts gave tearful testimony to the House Judiciary Committee last September, but later decided that neither W. Jay Abbott, who has retired nor Michael Langeman, who was fired last year, would be charged.

“I blame Larry Nassar, and I also blame an entire system that enabled and perpetrated his abuse,” Biles told lawmakers.

At least 330 girls and women have said Nassar molested them.

FBI Director Christopher Wray called the bureau’s failures “inexcusable.”

“It never should have happened, and we’re doing everything in our power to make sure it never happens again,” he said.
