Can you name one thing more useless than Joe Biden? If you can, you are a genius. And if you had any doubt that Biden isn’t willing to let Americans die in Afghanistan, then this should convince you that you are wrong.
There are six planes on the airport tarmac as part of the Pineapple Express, loaded with Americans and visa holders that cannot take off without permission from the Taliban and Biden goes off to vacation in Delaware.
I believe it is political. Biden flew Afghanis out of the country in order to pump up the numbers in an effort to make himself look good while leaving Americans and Afghanis who worked for us on the ground to keep from angering the Taliban that has him messing in his shorts.
He did not have the courage to rescue them so he is using his office to keep private organizations from rescuing them because that would make him look bad.
But, the truth is Biden makes Biden look bad and the mainstream press is doing its best to cover for him. The press is not your friend and Biden is not your president, but I’m sure you know that by now. Name one thing that Biden has done that did not benefit Russia, China, Iran, illegal aliens, or terrorists. Now, name one thing he has done to benefit working Americans.
The Pineapple Express is made up of retired servicemen and women who have already rescued 700 people from the Taliban and who have six chartered planes sitting at the Kabul airport loaded with people trying to escape the Taliban.
These people have never abandoned their sense of service and in my book, every single one of them are heroes of the United States. I just wish we still had a president who felt the same way.
Emily Miller is in direct contact and has the information on her substack page:
Dave and I have been talking daily about the Americans waiting in the airport for those planes to get permission to leave. I told Dave yesterday that the planes weren’t moving (read Friday update), and he thought they would. This is what he texted me today:
Well your guy was right. We kept getting told we would fly out today but they just told us definitely not. Planning for resumption of flights tomorrow or Sunday. Taliban cooperating.
I asked Dave about the people waiting for seven days in the airport:
The waiting is horrible. And no one is being told anything. And the conditions are terrible. Sleeping on hard floors and people are hungry.
But, you know, Taliban are actually cooperating. The only ones they are giving a hard time to are former Afghan govt leadership. Day before yesterday they came in and arrested a former official. But everyone else they have left alone.
Sam in Project Exodus still says the planes aren’t leaving because the airline hasn’t gotten documents from the State Department for destination airfield. “I’ve been told things are stalled,” he texted me tonight.
