Joe Biden should be used to losing court cases by now, but it doesn’t bother him. I believe that because Biden deliberately flaunts the law and then hopes an activist judge will uphold his lawsuit and give him time to implement unconstitutional policies for as long as possible before the proper judgement is reached by the Supreme Court. His most recent loss at the Supreme Court level is over his bid to end the remain in Mexico policy established by President Trump.
Biden’s plan from Day 1 is to bring as many illegal aliens into the country as possible, do not give them court dates and then allow them to hide out to avoid deportation. If those were illegal aliens trapped in Afghanistan, Biden would send in every soldier we have to free them before flying them to the interior of the country. It’s Americans that he does not care for. He even treats the Taliban terrorists better than he treats this country’s citizens.
Liberals claimed the remain in Mexico policy was…wait for it…racist. But opponents claimed that Democrats wanted them allowed in the country to live illegally. Those forced to remain in Mexico had to wait for their asylum case to be heard, but very few had a legitimate case for asylum just as the vast majority Biden welcomed into the country lacked. Biden hoped to pack the country with illegal aliens before making a huge push for amnesty.
Justice Samuel Alito wrote that the administration had not sufficiently argued that it would have proven it was legal to end the policy. He referred the matter to the court instead of granting the administration’s request to block the lower court order.
Three of the court’s liberal judges dissented: Sonia Sotomayor, Elena Kagan and Stephen Breyer.
Biden will have to enforce the policy while litigation continues in the courts.
Illegal alien advocates were angered by the legal development.
I’m disgusted and sick abt the SCOTUS Remain in Mexico decision. History will judge this inhumanity.

Immigration lawyer Aaron Reichlin-Melnick tweeted:
“No matter what happened tonight, we are going to keep fighting. We’ve been fighting MPP/Remain in Mexico since the day it was announced 2.5 years ago and we’re going to keep fighting it now. We will not back down. This doesn’t end tonight.”
