Joe Biden’s big spending plan has hit another snag. Vulnerable Democrats are deathly afraid of at least two provisions.
One provision would supply amnesty to 7 million illegal aliens and the second provision would be to bring in even more foreign white-collar foreigners to take American jobs. And after last night’s election in Virginia, where it appears Youngkin has won based on returning the schools to parents, they are probably even more scared today.
One thing we know for sure is that the vast majority of Americans have always opposed amnesty and secondly, they hate Biden’s open borders. Combine the two and it could be poison in the midterm elections.
Approving amnesty would lure millions of illegal aliens into the country, hoping another round of amnesty would take place in a few more years. Considering the narrow majority Democrats have in the House and Senate and it is easy to see how the bill is in great danger. Remember, it would have to pass both houses of Congress.
In the House, it would only take 4 or 5 defections and in the Senate, it takes only one. Kyrsten Sinema would almost certainly be a no vote because people in Arizona is not happy with the open borders, so amnesty would be a disaster for them. In order to pass the reconciliation bill. Those provisions will probably have to be removed, but if they are The Squad could very well kill the bill. The Republicans are actually a non-factor when it comes to passing this bill.
Most of the vulnerable House Democrats have been silent on the Build Back Better Act. Previously identified by Breitbart News, there are 28 House Democrats who won their seats in the 2020 election cycle by less than 25,000 votes.
In seven cases, these Democrats won their seats by margins of less than 10,000 votes against Republican challengers.
