Marc Elias, Former Lawyer for Perkins Coie when they were sponsoring Chris Steele’s fake dossier. He also represents the DNC and sues every state that passes voter ID laws. He now says that the Democrats are likely to sue Republicans using Section 3 of the 14th Amendment to remove Republicans from office and prevent them from ever running again. No doubt, this would include President Trump, who scares the hell out of the Communist party.
Simply stated, Section 3 prevents anyone who takes part in an insurrection against the government of the United States from ever serving as a member of congress or any presidential administration. Now, you know why the Democrats continue to call January 6th an insurrection even though it was not. Would that also apply to those who help cover up an attempted coup against an elected president?
On Twitter earlier this week, Elias said:
“My prediction for 2022: Before the midterm election, we will have a serious discussion about whether individual Republican House Members are disqualified by Section 3 of the 14th Amendment from serving in Congress. We may even see litigation.”
I am making clear that members of Congress who engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the United States are not eligible to serve in Congress.

Marc Elias is the one who made deals with Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger that made it much easier for Democrats to cheat. It is also believed he made deals with other states as well. Elias was the general counsel for both the Kerry and Hillary Clinton campaigns.
Section 3 of the 14th Amendment, which was passed during the post-Civil War reconstruction period, was designed to prevent officeholders under the former Confederate States of America from serving in the United States Congress. It states that, “No person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress… who…. shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against [the United States].”
Republicans are widely expected to take back control of the House of Representatives in the 2020 elections. Democrats currently hold a very slim 221-213 lead in Congress’ lower chamber, and the incumbent president’s party usually loses some number of seats in midterm elections. Furthermore, polling indicates not only that President Joe Biden remains unpopular, but also that voters increasingly prefer a Republican majority in the House, which could indicate a large Republican wave is coming.
