If you have been alive and awake for the past decade or so, you have come to the realization that social media exists to censor conservative points of view. We are constantly witnessing conservatives and conservative sites being blocked by social media companies such as Google, Facebook, and especially Twitter. That is why so many people are anxious for Trump’s new media site to begin to do business. It also explains why the stock of the parent company has gone through the roof.
Their success is guaranteed because they will have a monopoly on the 75 million Trump voters. The advertising for the new site will be astronomical since conservatives have jobs and buy things and do not have all day to protest. Conservatives have yearned for such a site and will undoubtedly spend most, if not all of their time on the new platform. Truth Social will be an immediate hit.

The Wall Street Journal has published an article on how Facebook censors conservatives. Texas has been given permission to demand documents from social media giants including Facebook, to demand documents on how they apply censorship under the guise of violation of their terms of service. Most big social media companies could come under pressure to ease their censorship as the traffic slows down. Facebook is an exception because Mark Zuckerberg controls over 50% of the voting stock.
Keach Haley and Jeff Horwitz at The Wall Street Journal reported:
In June 2020, when America was rocked by protests over the death of George Floyd at the hands of a Minneapolis police officer, a Facebook employee posted a message on the company’s racial-justice chat board: “Get Breitbart out of News Tab.”
News Tab is a feature that aggregates and promotes articles from various publishers, chosen by Facebook FB, 0.14%. The employee’s message included screenshots of headlines on Breitbart’s website, such as “Minneapolis Mayhem: Riots in Masks,” “Massive Looting, Buildings in Flames, Bonfires!” and “BLM Protesters Pummel Police Cars on 101.”
The employee said they were “emblematic of a concerted effort at Breitbart and similarly hyperpartisan sources (none of which belong in News Tab) to paint Black Americans and Black-led movements in a very negative way,” according to written conversations on Facebook’s office communication system reviewed by The Wall Street Journal. Many other employees chimed in to agree.
In the same chat, a company researcher said any steps aimed at removing Breitbart—a right-wing publisher popular with supporters of former President Donald Trump —could face roadblocks internally because of the potential political blowback. “At best, it would be a very difficult policy discussion,” the researcher said.
Facebook chose to keep Breitbart on News Tab.
Keep the pressure up, fellow Patriots. But, remember, the war is not yet won.
